Black on Black customer service

<p>On Monday 31/10/2016, i was in the money market que at Checkers (Cavendish Glen) at aroend 16:30, the cashier from the cigarette counter came, without being bothered to ask me or this black man in front or behind me, if thy wanted to pay an account or not, she went straight to the white lady that was dead last in the que if she could help her. When i asked her if she is not seeing us and whether she is serious, needless to say, she just looked at me like i was the one ho was crazy.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is quite sad that this is not the first time that something like this happenbed to me in this shop, the one time the manager even walke me out of the way, without even apologizing, but i know for a fact that he wouldv'e done that if it woulv'e been a white person, as have noticed how they react differntly to their white custoemrs as to their black customers.</p> <p>IT's a a shame and a disgrace, with such things happening, i beg to ask the question, is it company policy for black customers to be treated like we not worth it, or like it's 1988, i hope not, and is it company vision and or mission to make the black persons' shopping a freaken hell everytime we go into these so-called white businesses. And is it company policy to train your staff black and white to treat us less than your white patrons.</p> <p> </p> <p>Leandra Benjamin</p>
