Black friday for Hyper Eastgate for all the wrong reasons

<p>I am very fortunate in that I am not a slave to special offers (50% off offers however - that's a different story) - my point is - I got to Eastgate this morning to do my monthly shop and was met with a crowdded upon crowded upon frenzied situation at Hyer. Talk about disorganised. And that's putting it mildly. So many irate shoppers too - Checkers - if you cannot handle this kind of promotion rather don't do it - all you did was aggravate the h e l l our of everynody. Fm your rude management staff (since Trevor left the shop is not the same - I am specifically referring to one of your junior managers, can't remember his name right now, but he is always sour looking and never friendly and definitely not helpful. He want so far as to say to me - Ja, this is why it's called Black Friday and not Rainbow Friday. But everyday dealing with him for me as a customer is a c r a p day anyway)., to the complete lack of trolleys, to the aggressive security personnel, to the most ridiculous system of how people were supposed to que when you in fact do not have the space for this. What a HOT M E S S. Then to aggravate the situation more you advertised (according to someone I bumped into at the store on my way out) yr store would open at 06h00 when in fact you only opened at 07h00. P A N D E M O N I U M!!! My monthly R4,000 spend was spent at Woolies Eastgate today. Yay me (and them). I for one did not need the aggravation that your store was serving today, as things stand now your shop is turning into a real discount corner cafe - no good lines anymore (Free range chicken!! only 1 type of free range eggs!! Product keeps being moved around the store (wose genuis idea was that??)., from 1 month to the next so many lines are not carried then carried!!! And of course asking Mr Personality (mentioned above - aka Mr Happy) for any kind of assistance is a pointless waste of time. Going to shop at Hyper Eastgate (unless free v a l i u m comes as a perk) is quite frankl so no longer on my to do list.</p>
