Black customers treated badly

We approached a teller who was alone at the till & she ignored us. The she & the manager (an Indian lady) then had a friendly & long conversation. During that time we were ignored & left standing at the till waiting for them. We then decided to use teller who is based just next to that teller. As we were paying, I noticed some white people approaching the teller who was still having a conversation with the manager. As soon as the manager & teller saw a group of white people approaching their till, they stopped their conversation. The manager left & the teller began serving white customers. We tried to ask the teller why she served them & not us. She rudely dismissed us and told us to talk to her manager if we were not happy with her conducted. We continued to ask her why she was being rude. Then the white client decided to get involved & was rude to us. While all of this was happening, the manager looked on & did nothing. She stood about a couple of meters & decided not to intervene. The teller did not have a name tag & rudely refused to tell us her name. We spoke to the manager. She gave us the name but did nothing. A black person's money is the same as that of a white person!!!!
