Birthday cake booking

I was at Checkers hyper in Alberton to book a cake for my daughter. The service Igot from the bakery controller was shocking and unprofessional. Management stepped in and they assisted me with and they were hand on. Essie and Natalie just hope all the staff from Checkers Hyper can learn from you and understand customer service.
