BILLED TWICE FOR THE SAME STAFF

On Sunday I went to the above store to buy some few things and they came up to R464.00.Without checking my icontact sms I left the store. When I got home when I looked at the SMS I realised I have been charged twice for the same amount few minutes apart. I then drove back to the store spoke to the supervisor who called the assistant manageress who jokingly told me how this has happened to her a number of times and the money will be reversed, As a customer I did not want to know of her experience but to be given an assurance that my money is safe. Needless to say I was made to write my details in a book with lot of names and my assumption is this is happening to a lot of people and no action from the store.To date I have not heard from the store and both transactions are not reflecting on my statement which is strange as all the transactions after this ones appear on my statement.<br> <br> People be careful when you transact at this store as if you do not check your transactions you might be paying double every time you transact at the store.
