Big Bay Checkers, a rule unto themselves....A Joke

Went to checkers big bay to purchase can cokes on special. Out of stock for 2 weeks. Spoke to manager mr De Wet, and he informed me that it was not the stores problem, it was coca cola problem. I asked for a raincheck, note this is not a black friday deal, and he said that Big BaY store has never done a rain check, and I must come back. What utter *******!!!! I tried to post on facebook, and instagram, and now my posts have been deleted, and I have been blocked. What great customer service!!!! Non Existant.... PLEASE EXPLAIN YOURSELF!!!!!
