BEYOND BAD & Unacceptable.

After not 1, not 2, BUT 8 Calls to the help Centre I still don't have any sign of my money being refunded to my account. I now need to get a letter from their accounts department to forward to my bank to get my money back, which I've been waiting 6 DAYS FOR!! Unacceptable. 8 Reference numbers, countless promises, 97 minutes wasted, ALLOT of empty apologies, still no sign of getting anything sorted out. Sia, Zia, Fila, Cindy from accounts and all the rest of you, DO BETTER. Perhaps change the call Centre music as well because NO ONE IS "HAVING A GOOD MORNING" WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR SERVICE!!!
