Beware of checkers

Please be careful when using Money Market. If someone intercepts or is given your transfer details, checkers take no blame and take no responsibility even though it could be an inside syndicate. See email attached after fighting with them for nearly 4 months. and still no help from them. Good day John, As per our telephone conversation today with regard to my cleaning ladies’ money going astray through Money Market. This e-mail was forwarded to Mark your regional manager a few weeks ago to no avail as he has not bothered to contact me at all. The below e-mail was sent to Garth at Edenvale Checkers where he then contacted Mark and forwarded the original e-mail a few weeks ago. The amount of 1300.00 was deposited at money market Edenvale on Saturday 24th February for a Mr Platyie who resides in Sterkspruit eastern Cape. Mr Playtie went to ShopRite eastern cape on the 27th February to draw the money after Anna had given him the pin and transfer number. Where he was informed that the money had already been withdrawn at Shoprite Primrose branch by a Mr Mxulisi Mmeli Xaba on 24th February at 7:11 PM operator number 141. The pin and number were only sent to Mr Platyie and no one else. There was no ID presented when Mr Mxulisi Mmeli Xaba received the money as they have no record of it. I find this very troublesome as a certain protocol was not followed firstly and that it was taken from a store around the corner from Edenvale checkers. Please can you look into this and let me know of your outcome. I have been told to go to the police station to open a case. Anna did go and open a case and she was told that they are awaiting authorisation to be able to contact Mr Xaba. This was issued and the police have still not come back to us. WHY am I running an investigation because of ********** activity in your company, surely this is an internal matter. The fact that I have been pushed from one side to the other and no one is coming back to me leads me to believe that this happens continuously and it’s just brushed aside. The media will have a field day with a story like this against a conglomerate. Like I said be careful of using shoprite and checkers to do transactions.
