Best driver delivery experience!
I am away from home and ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for her birthday from Sixty60's. I requested the driver to sing happy birthday when he sees her and deliver and he did!! It made her day - she was brought to tears!
It's this Mzanzi warmth and love from the everyday ordinary people of South Africa that I love that keeps me coming back to SA and not wanting to leave!

04 Jan 2022, 11:18Sad part is the app makes no provision for compliments - it's all negative options when submitting an issue (delivery was late, wrong person, broken, dirty, unprofessional etc).
Also sucks that I couldn't increase my tip amount to the driver - I tried calling the call centre too and there was nothing that could be done to say thanks to the guy. This option should be available for more than the current 1 hour after delivery.
Here are a few suggestions I have:
1. include positive feedback options on the app for the people out there who would like to thank people for going above and beyond the call of duty and to encourage more people to do so because everyone appreciates appreciation and recognition!
2. widen the window to give the driver a tip - there should be no limit to positive feedback.
In short: Bring in ways to channel some of our proudly South African friendliness and help encourage and spread it - Be the Change.
