Best customer service

Today I bought a few trays of meat at checkers Horizon view Village. Before I freeze the meat I normally smell it first to ensure freshness. Unfortunately one tray had rotten meat. I returned it to the shop and spoke to Christina Skeem who was extremely apologetic. She took me to the butchery and they were also extremely apologetic, refunded me and gave me a tray of meat on the house. I definitely did not expect that. I just thought I'd get a refund, but Christina said she was very sorry for my experience, and that it was only right for them to make up for trouble I went through. Thank you for going the extra mile. I've been a customer at your store for countless years and your passion for customer service is heartwarming. Well done!
