BB date should be removed from shelves

My dad purchased 6 fruit juices (oh my goodness range) from your Hout Bay stores. Sunday morning my kids had half of the one juice and the rest they consumed at lunch time. My husband proceeded to give them the other juice the evening. Shortly after 1am they started vomiting with slight temp. To take the taste out of their mouth I offered them some of the juice. As I opened the bottle, I heard a gassy sound release from the bottle. Immediately checked the expiry date and noticed it was the 15th. Why on earth would you place items on a shelf that is passed its expiry date? What if my children ended up in hospital because of expired items on your shelf. Not only did I miss a days work but I had to spend money on medicine as well.

My mom will be taking the items back to a Checkers. Thought I would share my experience with you and to please encourage the branches to ensure expired items are not placed on the shelves, even at a discounted price.
