Bat attitude

<p>Good day</p> <p>I'd like to give a review about Checkers In Bram Fischer, i bought Eggs (30) on the 23rd of Novemeber that where on special, and they were all rotten, i couldn not found not a single egg that was fine, i kept trying to see if i would find one that's fine, but nothing, so i called in the following day i kept calling no answer, so today finally i called the store and spoke to a manager Joseph, I explained the situation in a nice way possible, so obviously like any manager he has to ask few questions, but what buffles me is the fact that he would tell me to come to the store so that "he can see what he can do" so as someone who has a complaint already and a bit dissapointment i did not expect that , so i asked what exactly will i come there for? because i can not call and be told to come so they see what they can do for me, surely they have dealt with such before they have to tell me exactly what will happen next, and it did not end there, he asked me if i have a receipt so i told him that i do not have a receipt as I don't keep it for groceries, so now he told me that I will get Eggs again and i clearly want nothing to do with Checkers and their Eggs especially after the attitude his giving me, so i told him i do not want Eggs so that there is another possibillity that I'd return them again, and the worst part is that he is aware of the problems with these Eggs, he has confirmed that there was few returns last week already so it's funny when he becomes difficult to me now, and he has some nerve to make refrences about other retail stores, that no where you can be refunded without a receipt I mean as a manager you do not make that mistake at all to tell people even at other stores you always have a recipt when you go to pic n pay to have a refund, and it goes on by him asking me if i still have the whole package for the Eggs so that they can be able to see which brand to return to the Supplier, i mean that has nothing to do with me, i open the Eggs and leave the bottom part to save space and and make my place tidy... so I could see this conversation was not going anywhere and it was turning from bad to worse especially when Joseph the "manager" told me that these things happen and it can happen to anyone anytime, he even said "even in Pretoria" so i just said it is fine i will come to the store, i'd like to know who i was dealing with he told me Joseph and not only refused to give me his surname but told me that i can not just call the store and expect to be told a surname all i had to know was that he is Joseph and it does not work like that, i have never ever dealt with such bad service in my life and from a manager of a store... :(</p>
