Bas management

I have NO idea why the Security personnel wastes everybody's time by counting 10 people out,10 people in.What are the mannagers doing???? It is shopping,Nobody knows how long the person inside will take. To manage the queues better,To avoid people piling and being vulnerable to Covid-19 they MUST control it better by 1 person out,One person in. Simple as that
