Bakery Staff assistant rude and cold

Just came out of Checkers Bakery at Waterfall Corner to a rude Bakery assistant by name of Kagiso, who despite making us wait when the bakery was unattended, came in looking angry, didn't apologize for keeping us waiting, tossing our Paninis on the counter without a care. We had to tell her to put our Paninis in a brown bag as opposed to a plastic.

My wife had to ask her name because the service was terrible and really unnecessary.

If she doesn't want to work, she really shouldn't serve customers in a bad mood or through whatever she was going through. It's distasteful for customers, especially at Waterfall Corner.
