Bad Veggies
We bought a pack of mielies from Checkers in Jean Avenue a week ago. Upon cooking them we realised that they tasted bad and smelled off. Chalking it up as a one-time incident, we bought spinach and broccoli from them on two occasions afterwards, only to realise that these too were spoiled and mouldy. Is there no-one there who checks the quality of the vegetables on their shelves? I will not be purchasing any vegetables from them in future!
