Bad telephone reception service

Checkers Eastgate telephone receptionist terrible, I waited a very very long time before they answered. I told her I want to know if their 5l waterproofing is in stock She transfered me to paint section presumably I for almost 5 minutes no one picked up!!!! I hung up, called back as I was telling the lady that I don't appreciate to be put on hold for so long the phonevwas cut!!!! For a big store like Checkers this is BAD
