Bad staff treatment

Hi everyone i have really experianced something sad at kwena square checkers . I overheard a lady maybe a managee having conflict with one of the staff a trolley guy . People are born leaders and cannot be made one it is sad how you can employee people like this that has no formalituly and staff aproach to my understanding no matter what the situation is treat people equally lady .i would never work for a person like you .i felt sorry for the young guy our people really know hpw.to deatroy our union . Wake up checkers imagine hpw ir staff gwet treated iam making this public as overheard everything and its wrong because they in a higher position . Not to long back i was facing a manager bully ended up.loosing everything cause of him ita really sad these people work hard too and maybe if u treat them with reapect yoi will.gain your crown the indian lady at checkers kwena square .manager and we dont have a voice as the staff we not heard make her trend pathetic
