Bad staff in the management and unfriendly supervisors

The management at the MetLife kabega branch in port Elizabeth needs to be replaced. Most of them are very unfriendly and abrupt. They just dont care. They need to be sent for a course to teach them how to treat customers. We avoid the store as there is no pleasant atmosphere. They look and stare at a person as though they doing you a favour when it comes to the exchanges. A nightmare.
