Bad staff ethics a serious concern

Very disappointed at staff member Lindah Mathiane at Festival Mall Checkers Hyper not keeping her word as promised (bad staff ethics) and displaying non-care attitude regarding matter concerned and shifting blame to others. (shrugging shoulders). The matter has been reported to Neil Diamonds already, but I strongly feel this should be escalated to Pieter Engelbrecht, as staff ethics is a serious matter.
