Bad software and service from Checkers Hyper on Pay it off Card

The worst call centre in the world that you must phone and stay on the line for hours or even inside one of their stores at their help desks. No service and help, just a waste of time and energy. I don't recommend people to apply for a card from them. I visited the shop six (6) times to get the card and tried to activate it without success. I successfully app**** for a pay-it-off Store Card last May 2024. I was approved, but I have been unable to buy anything on the store Card. This month, I tried again, but my PIN code was rejected as incorrect. The help desk told me that their software don't work with 2 simms or if it is a prepaid number. Even after they changed the number online to my contract number it was still not working. Today it was still the same old number... when I tried to change my pin number.
