Bad Service/Money ******

Today my grandma goes into checkers hyper parow to make a purchase and to do a cash withdrawal. The purchase of R1588 has been declined apparently then she does a swipe for the R88 goods. The bank shows the money has been drawn and no one can help. My grandma lives so far away and they expecting her to wait till tomorrow and she lives a hour away with no transport to bring her back also she would need to spend money to come back here.

This service is pathetic they not even willing to meet her half way. I have requested to lodge a formal complaint cause I’m not satisfied with the outcome.
