Bad service at BT Ngebs and stinking attitude

I came to deposit money at the money market where there was no 1 attending any customers. I did go and ask from the lady known as Nosipho Bonga where she said its her who is in the money market i must go and wait... I go there then lady Siphokazi came and I explained to her her that I am waiting to deposit the money and she said she can take that money i must go back and quee because she do have the money while i am waiting on quee and friend of her came and ask she can withdraw for her to withdraw a R2000 while she said she cant assist me
