Bad service very disappointed 😞

I recently made an order whoever picked abd packed my order didnt do a good job I did not receive over 200.00 of goods that I order. Dove shampoo and conditioner. Bananas. Got oat milk instead of almond milk. And then i call and they cannot send missing items and replace with correct product. I can only receive manual credit on one item in 48 hrs and refund sits on my app. This is not service!!! ***9A order no.
