Bad Service & Un Hygienic

I have visit the Checkers Hyper at Tokai Blue Route on the 25/05/2020 to buy my monthly groceries. It has come to my attention when I visit the butcher department how unhygienic the cooling display areas was referring to the shelving. I have ask to speak to a manager at the butcher area which take more than 20 minutes for him to make him self available to speak to me following with so so much excuses. I have reported the matter at front desk where a manager have come to speak to me again and ask me to keep it quiet so that management can deal with the responsibil parties. Nothing has come of it. I have visit the store again on the 03/06/2020 and saw that nothing has actually changed since my previous visit. I have address the branch manager and ask why this matter wasn't be dealt with as the butcher area is still the same. She has told that she come to hear the first time of it, but will contact the district manager for the butcher department so that he can contact me. A gentleman has call me the next day and give me the assurity that he will deal with the matter as he is the regional manager for the butcher department in the WC. I have send him the images which I have taken.

It is three weeks later and no one has come back to me regarding this matter to assure me that everything was sorted. Checkers Hyper Tokai doesn't really care about there customers reffering to the service they render.
