Bad service on faulty products

on 12 June, I bought, amongst others AAA batteries. These batteries are off, I have tried them on 3 different remotes. I have submitted 3 issues at Sixty60 and have not received any feedback. What should I do with batteries that are not working, when I have paid for working batteries???
