Bad service Mafikeng mall checkers

I was shopping by the drain cleaner isle, in Checkers Hyper In the Mall in Mafikeng the guy who was packing there I simply ask him where the zinc unblocked is that man was disgustingly rude. I think his name is Letebele I dint even know why he is still working there if he doesn’t want us to ask for help I was helped by his colleague, the manager wasn’t going to reprimand him coz I once had an incident and reported it nothing was done!
