Bad service in the front line

Yesterday I went to buy some groceries at Checkers Balfour Mall in Highland North. The service was very pathetic.There were no till packers at the tills, we had to pack our own staff in the plastic bags....well that's always the case, I was not even suprised. I had an issue with thr price whereby a dinner plate scanned R24. 99 whereas I have seen a label of R17. 99 on the shelf. Again I had to go back to the shelf myself to fetch that label and come back with it because there was no till packer to be sent. When I finally got back to the till I had to wait for a further 10 good minutes for a manager to come and assist the cashier at the till, the manager was no where to be seen. Eventually the manager finally arrived(Fair, African guy) who gave me an attitude when I queried about the till packers, he did sort out the pricing and left without an apology ofcourse. The management needs to catch a wake up call, the front line is an issue in that shop. It's a beautiful shop and we want to shop there, but if this problem doesn't get resolved you will loose alot of customers.
