Bad service from Promise Madlala

A very bad customer service given by Promise Madlala at Cherckes hyper Gateway theather of shopping.

She was very rude to me for no reason when I went to take out money this afternoon. She didn't even greet me, she was so clod. She said "what do you want" I told her I came to takeout money she said "so?" and I was confused...

I am so upset she made me feel so small. I know the money was not too much it was just 400 but yoh.
