Bad service from Jabulani ShopRite liquors

ShopRite Jabulani mall they gave me very bad service I loaded my gift card when I am supposed to use it they say it has declined and doesn't have funds while it had money all of a sudden the money had disappeared where to no one knows the manager was very rude by the name Khulekani Mbatha and told me to leave without my money I very disappointed as I am a valued customer of ShopRite but they service I got was very cruel
