Bad service from Donovan at Checkers Kenilworth Mall

On Wednesday the 22nd of August, after a quick shopping trip into Checkers Kenilworth as I exited the shop at 1540 hours, my daughter was asked to come back to the shop and was accused of having ****** a chocolate by putting it into her pocket. This was supposedly witnessed by one of the undercover security guards and upon being search they didn’t find anything on her. She was asked where she put the chocolate and she went back into the store and pointed the chocolate bar she had looked at and put back. What appalled me the most was the lack of professionalism from the security lady (I didn’t ask her name), the way they seemed to undermine me as a fellow human being as I asked for the video footage showing the chocolate being put in the pocket since she was adamant she saw her putting a chocolate in her pocket. To make the situation even worse, the matter was referred to Donovan who I thought was to handle the issue with more professionalism since he was supposedly the shop manager, this couldn’t have been further from the truth!!! I would have been happy with an apology for the inconvenience since I know the security was doing her job, but she made a mistake and was unwilling to admit it; I expected much better from Donovan but if he is really the shop manager then it’s a shame because he really needs to go for a refresher on his customer care s****s. NO-ONE offered an apology at least for the accusation.
