Bad service from Checkers sixty/60

I recently downloaded the Checkers sixty/60 app. The app would not accept my address. I queried this online and was it cannot be corrected. I then requested that my registration is deleted so that I can try to register again. The service consultant told me that this has to be done by someone else. It has been now been 2 weeks and nothing has happened. I am very disappointed with this response.
