Bad service from checkers both H/O & store level

Last week I bought a bleach from checkers hazyview branch.not aware that the lid has some fault,it started leaking and it damaged both my trousers and my t shirt, I raise the matter to their customer care(darren) and i was promised they gonna get back to me, to get the issue resolved,even today im still waiting for their so called reply. ***
