Bad service from checkers 6060

I have just spoken to someone in your call centre called Busi she is a manager and says she cannot help me because I'm not getting what I want

I updated the order using the update order functionality on the app....it the malfunctioned and created a duplicate Busi said it's not their problem and I am the one that created a duplicate

I then called the call centre to complain and they are telling me I must request an Uber and Uber the goods back to the store to get a refund ....what is the purpose of the app if things like this happen

This was a malfunction on your app you shouldn't have that option if it doesn't work...I use your app because I don't have a car ...I am also still awaiting feedback on a previous order where there wrong goods were sent and I still haven't received my money back

I am not going to back down on this unfortunately
