Bad service from branch manager

I bought a R5 airtime from shoprite in hazyview on the 18th of August and when I got home i tried to recharge and it said it has already been used, i called Vodacom and they sent me an sms to say the airtime was used on the 15th of August and the 1st five digits of the phone number, i went back to shoprite and spoke to a cashier who confirmed that its not the 1st time a client complained about this so she called the manager whose name was Khutso who did not even want to check the slip or the sms, i received a very bad service from him he is not fit and proper to be a manager, shoprite is not his ****a shop he is jst an employee
