Bad service for no order recieved and no refund

Order number:***0 Been using checkers 60 sixy for almost 2 years. We order about 3 or 4 times a week. Ordered last night and then again today. Todays order doesnt come but says delivered. So we call the driver who says order is delivered. We ask where... And he says to our address. Which it was not. He describes the house by look and when we tell him thats not our adress he says it is and hangs up.

We escalate the matter and the operations team (Noni) says our address is incorrect. Which its not when checking the app. We are told they going to investigate further. After 5 min we receieve a call from Noni saying investigation is concluded and that checkers doesnt deliver to our area and therefore we cannot enter the address (which is entered)And the address they recieve on the backend doesnt include the area. And therefore they are not liable and we need to collect our order from the address the driver dropped it off at(our own address) .

What makes no sense is even without the suburb google maps still populates our address. So i ask her to google map the area the driver says he delivered to and tell me where that is. And even she says our address. So im suppose to collect the order from myself.

When i say there is miscommunication and driver hasnt been to my address they saying investigation has been concluded. When we try getting them to hear us out. We are told further investigation will be conducted on our profile as checkers should not be delivering in our area and they not sure how we managed this and there is nothing further that can be done. When asked for a reference for the call Noni says she doesnt have one as they are operations. When asked for her full name. She says she cannot provide it due to the poppi act and call drops

Purchasing something is a trade. Im posting this here in hopes of assistance as i dont have my order but checkers has the money, and all means of getting this resolved if proper investigation is conducted

My best guess is that the driver delivered somewhere else. I asked maybe to compare notes with the driver that delivered last night or any of the other drivers that deliver here but they not willing to do this. Another thing of less relevance is both our neighbours also use 60sixty checkers and also saw a checkers bike driving past while on the call with the checkers travel tray on the back. I was told that must be takealot. So not sure when they stopped delivering or why the app doesnt mention this. But i chose to focus on point that will resolve the issue at hand.
