Bad service

I ordered cake at vanderbijlpark checkers hyper on Wednesday to collect today morning, when I get there was no cake, they said the lady who took my order didn't explain what they supposed to do, I waited for them to finish baking my cake. When I get home taking out cake from the box it cracks I am so disappointed and my son couldn't even take photos with his cake joh AA
