BAD SERVICE

Good day,

I had such a terrible experience at the Bela Mall today. I had ordered pancakes and the service that I got from the person(Shimane Ncube) that was preparing them was the waste I’ve ever received at any checkers! Not only did the guy threw my slip in my face but he walked away while I was talking instead of calming the situation down!

He then proceeded to walk away from me leaving me to figure things out . This kind of service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated and if this keeps going on customers will have no other choice but to escalate such!

Kindly sort this out n give me feedback as I’d like an apology from this person.
