Bad service

On the 27th November 2022 i bought a Vodacom airtime R60 from checkers hyper in Sandton city only to find out that the airtime is not working.. on the 28 i called Vodacom customer to assist me the lady was so friendly that sh advised me to go back to the store as the voucher is not valid so the store need to call customer care as iam working i couldn't go back on that day but on the 3 of December i went to the store hoping they will assist me but no one assisted me i spoke to one of the supervisor she send me to the guy named Colbie he didn't have anything to say or assist he also wanted to refer me to another person.. i do not understand how they are working even a supervisor can't assist me as a customer no one returned to me and gave me a feedback i had to go back to work. What a service i got from a big store like that, that means i won't get my airtime and my money is thrown away in the dirt. Now the numbers on the slip are faded i can't c anything.
