Bad service ever and display of ******

The service at checkers hyper in Klerksdorp is bad. As a client i ecpect to get the same service as any other client that gets assisted by the cashiers and managers aswell. It should not matter if it is for making groceries or withdrawal from my itellimali account. Today I was treated like ****. I waited a full 1 hour to get money I withdrew from the cashier. Clients were being assisted before me while my transaction was already done but as a black female I had to wait and white clients were assisted before me. I expect to get full apolozy from the management team at checkers hyper in Klerksdorp.
