Bad Service Ever

Went to Checkers Jean Centurion to collect some Cash. Went to money market around pass 6 was only one lady called Lionah Mawela at the counter among 3 Tills. Waited patiently while assisting some other lady. After 15mnts was assited, she asked me how much am I collecting. Answered her R3400. She rep**** that unfornunately she doesnt have that kind of money.Was shocked amongst 10 tills and such a huge Checkers doesnt have 3400 for the whole day. Requested to see Supervisor Martha Malaka, told me the very same story. Was very dissapointed and startong to be annoyed as I dont understand how can they opaorate the whole day without making an amount of R3400 in regardless its upmarket ,people are swiping. Requested to see the Manager as Mr Phillip. Now they started to collect the money from other counters. What a pathetic service at Checkers. I doubt will ever use Checkers Jean anymore. I SUGGEST you must have T&C so that we know which checkers that we can access the money without hassle. Very poor service I got. Regreting to go to Checkers Jean Ave. I suggest you must also send your staff for customer service training. Do i really have to wait for 45mnts for my money?? Bad service
