Bad service

I have bought a bed with five years warranty from Checkers Hyper Mayville in June 2018 R6000.00. This bed started to sink before six months.

Since April 2019 visited the store three times to report this but until today I still do not have any response from them.

Totally disappointed in their after sale service.
