Bad service delivery-Sixty60

It was my 1st time that I decided to make use of the Checkers sixty60 app for online grocery shopping. I was bit excited as I have not made use of this facility that Checkers offers, but that became quickly sour. I placed an order on theapp for 4 food items. I was under the impression that the items would be delivered in 60 minutes, as that is what the app guarantees in its name. An hour and a half later I was still waiting on my order as funds went off my Bank Account, but decided to check on app what the status was of my order. I then noticed on the app my order was cancelled and to my knowledge I could not understand why the status said cancelled and I was not informed it would be cancelled. I then decided to phone the call centre to speak to an agent and try and find out what the problem could be. I was informed by the agent, after giving her my order no, that my order was cancelled due to me being in a high risk area. I was a bit puzzled as sixty60 deliveries was done in the same road as mine and I have seen several delivery vehicles of sixty60 in my area. This was the 1st time I used this app and I am completely disgusted with the service sixty60 has given me. To be honest this 1st time experience was bad and all sixty60 agents could say was something about 2nd line something. Really really bad service sixty60
