Bad Service Delivery

Went to Checkers at the Baywest Mall yesterday afternoon to request a formal quotation for a few items and they told me to write them down on paper which I did and they said I should leave my details as well and they would contact me to come back the following day (today). When I could not go personally due to other reasons, I had asked my father to pass by after work so he could collect it for me. When he got there he said he was served by rude ladies who only ringed up these items and gave him a till slip that they then wrote "Quotation" with a red run out pen at the top. Apparently the manager was not available but I think my request was simple enough so they could have at least told him they would email a formal one to me once he/she gets back in, instead of giving him a till slip which is highly unprofessional. I am highly disappointed in this service and would have expected much better from them. Will definitely go back myself tomorrow personally as this is a total insult.
