Bad service

I arrive at checkers Montana Wingtip, was assist by they manager Takanlani telling me they can't assist me cause the people at money market are on leave or off day something along those lines. And they only start work at 11am. Which I found unprofessional to tell a customer they can't be assisted. The cashiers there need to treat customers with respect. Even though I ended up being assisted. I should'nt be begging for assistance
