Bad service

Good day . I went to checkers to buy some few items as it one my favourite stores. I normally use the Wilro gate one but the item I wanted was not on stock so I decided to go to Wes gate . The cashier Khuthadzo Phaswane and her friend the till packer were having a good time chatting. She took her time while serving me acted like I annoy her she can’t wait to finish. I have never received such a bad service from Wilro gate branch . I am disappointed by this service. Can the store manager please sort this out . Thank you
