Bad service

Did shopping at Pavilion checkershyper and requested cash back of R2200 a little while ago at the cashier. She buzzed and Nosipho Mkize, a supervisor there I assume came and informed me I need to go to customer service for cash back asthey are not allowed to get cash to the tills. Why is cash back claim to be ordered at stores like this if it's a problem? This is not the first time I had an experience and witnessed others having this experience where no matter the time of day cash back is a problem at checkers. This was at 17:30. So they now want us to stand in one queue at the tills then go to another at customer service for cash back. Very upsetting
