Bad service

Went to checkers hyper at Mall of Africa I got to till 1-2 the lady was busy doing whatever she as doing I waited until she finished then I greeted her she just kept quiet I paid she gave me my slip and she just went on with her life . All I'm saying is that's bad customer service Phutego gave me an excellent service the previous time I was there and for this lady to ruin my morning in unacceptable and I usually buy at Checkers The Glen mall and the service is excellent .
