Bad service

On the 21st August 2022, I visited checkers Mall of Africa to withdraw some cash to buy few items in store so I went to money market due to previously I advised that only money market can assist with withdrawals, when I get there a lady told me to go to kiosk for withdrawal then I asked if she's said yes when I get there tills in kioks don't do withdrawal so they told me to back to money market not bering in mind that I was on my lunch break. When then was helping me I heard lot of noise coming by the corner next kiosk only to realize that it's Rosina the supervisor/controller and her other supervisor colleagues behaving as if they were by shebeen with no care for customers in store. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in such a esteem brand.
