Bad service checkers sixty60.

So I ordered some stuff from this app on Momdayalready. 3 of the items were not in stock yet they didn't tell me that on time for me to be able to choose an alternative product Anyway, they went ahead and took the money from my account, the full amount.. And then they don't inform me that some items aren't available. I wouldn't have known had I not checked my order after delivery. So anyway, I went ahead and informed them on the app. No response. Then I called them yesterday and then they claim to not have taken the full amount but I went ahead and told them that I did so they tell me that I'll get my money back and that could take 2 to three days. I call them again today and they tell me that it could take up to 10 days.
