Bad service Checkers home 14th avenue

Bought appliances costs R8648 at 14th avenue roodeport Checkers and sales person was Siza Zwane. After I swiped my card, their system went off. I was told it was loadshedding, yet it wasn't, their system had fault. Today I called the sales person on her cell and I asked her to check her email because I have emailed a proof and asked her to call and confirm. Waited and waited, when I called her cell, it's off. I called the store and i got the information I needed. How can someone who knows the whole situation run away now? The behavior isn't right and service. I might have use little amount but it's alot to me. I have bought things at Checkers at home. That was my store but after this treatment, I will have to look for another store.
